  Absolute Walkers Club

Power walks are one of the healthiest cardio workouts. When walking briskly with proper form you exercise the heart without unduly stressing your joints. You can also exercise your abdominal muscles simultaneously.

The Absolute Walkers Club will start weekly power walks in Prospect Park Saturday, April 5th. Members will walk through Prospect Park supervised by our fitness director, Guy Rivera. The walks will end with stretches on the grass. Call (917) 287-0283 for more information.
